Convinced yet?
"When stressed before a test, you should turn your attention to your breathing. Taking deep breaths can control your stress level and fight the "fight or flight" instinct." ~ Coursera: Learning How to Learn

When not to meditate = really just excuses about ideal times:
All that time in between. Sure, classes last an hour, and it takes about 20 min to walk back and forth; in the end--just excuses.

When not to meditate = really just excuses about ideal times:
- Issue about sleep ~
meditating right after waking up from an alarm or right before bed--when I'd rather just sleep - It doesn't matter, "Which is better for your mind: nine hours of sleep or eight hours of sleep and an hour of meditation?"
- Not meditating consistantly would be worse than meditating at the "worst time" ~ anyway bandwagon ahoy
- Issue with meditating after meals ~ shouldn't be done, but
- So what, it's a hell of a lot better than not.
- And can't meditate in the academic buildings after classes

Life is Suffering
When we encounter phenomena, and have a feeling of dislike, worry or pain, we say that there is "suffering". This should not be generalised to "all life is suffering", because there is also a lot of happiness in life! Noises are disturbing but nice melodies bring happiness. [...] Where there is happiness, there will be suffering. They are in contrast with each other. If we only say that life is suffering when things do not go according to our wish we are rather foolish.
The Buddha says, "Life is suffering". What does "suffering" mean? The sutras say: "Impermanence therefore suffering."Buddhanet.net/cbp1_f6.htm
