When not to meditate = really just excuses about ideal times:
- Issue about sleep ~
meditating right after waking up from an alarm or right before bed--when I'd rather just sleep - It doesn't matter, "Which is better for your mind: nine hours of sleep or eight hours of sleep and an hour of meditation?"
- Not meditating consistantly would be worse than meditating at the "worst time" ~ anyway bandwagon ahoy
- Issue with meditating after meals ~ shouldn't be done, but
- So what, it's a hell of a lot better than not.
- And can't meditate in the academic buildings after classes
